Avoid this place at all costs. They entice you with low prices and then add all these ridiculous charges. There’s some charges we did not even consent to or ask for services and they added it on. I had to dispute them to have them removed. When trying to cancel they made the process difficult and then contradict themselves on email. I’ve used this Regus now for several years on a frequent basis and have always found it to be clean and professionally staffed. Rhianna and Kurt are always friendly and helpful. Recent improvements such as a new microwave (!!) are really useful and attending to their customers.
The business lounge is clean, tidy and provides a professional work environment. The Regus team (Rhianna & Kurt) are friendly and give a warm welcome to the centre.
