Right next to Birmingham International Airport, literally a few pages from the Arrivals exit (follow signs for Regis inside the terminal.) So a really convenient location, even if travelling by train (or parking at Birmingham International train station, which is cheaper than the airport). There's a free shuttle from the train station to airport, which makes for a quick a easy transfer. The offices themselves are fine and do the job.
