I’ve had a disappointing experience with Regus Falkirk due to their very unclear and rigid contract renewal process. My contract was set to renew on the 1st of July, and I sent a termination notice on the 5th of June — nearly a month in advance. Despite this, I was informed that the cancellation would not be accepted and that I would be locked into another term.
