My client has a solar panel loan with this company and its been a nightmare trying to get anyone to help. We have a buyer trying to assume to debt and its taken us over a month to get a decision. They make it impossible to get anything accomplished and theyre definitely just looking out for themselves. We are currently going on three weeks since the buyer last submitted any updated income documentation and we still dont have a decision.
I would give a negative star if it was available. This bank decided because I had overdraft protection and had to use it a couple of times over the past six months that when I deposited a large check that they were going to place a hold on this check. now it is standard practice for a check that is large to have a hold on it. However, when they said it was going to be released, they changed their minds and moved the date out by another week. I had to cashed in some stocks to pay for an emergency repair at my house and was ne... read more
