Banked for years but now I’m done. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. No one knows anything, you constantly get transferred around, you go to a local branch they don’t have the access to help with your account l, you go online spend hours on hold and getting transferred. My account has fraudulent activity but when I notice it I went to the bank and I was told I had pending charges on my account. The pending status would be done the next day. When I returned they came with they have to wait for a certain department to unlock my account. We are on day 4 and they will not give me my money even though everything is clears Nothing PENDING they are going to close the account and still haven’t given me my money waiting on Emails.
