Regions bank froze my personal account due to a returned check I have no control over they also froze my business account because they are linked together I did not choose to link them they told me to. I called the number shown on the online banking log in and spoke with someone who told me to go to a branch to unfreeze it I did that. I went to Regions Banks 351 Hughes Road, Madison AL 35758 around 12:25pm on 06/30/2022 to drive-through teller window to make a withdrawal from account, A white exterior Buick SUV (1st teller line) pull up at the same time that i (2nd teller line) pulled to the Bank Drive-Thru Teller lines out of the three. I tried twice to close my account with this company at this branch because of all the issues I have had with it. The first time I tried to close my account over the phone and was told it was done. Come to find out it was not. I decided to go into the bank and close it I was assured it was closed I even got "documentation" I week later I received an email about reordering a new card. I entered the Cedartown, Ga branch today, after receiving my long awaited disability and back pay. Only to be treated like my money was not welcome there. I asked to open a checking account and Patricia W******* , who works there, looked at another lady who works there, and said I am not going to do it. To which the other lady responded, neither am I.
