I’ve had this bank for years. I am so disappointed with their processes. PLEASE READ: Apparently when your account reaches “0” whether it’s your checking or savings…. They close your account without telling you!! I had a saving account that didn’t have any requirements. The account had been at “0” for two months. The the app allowed me to do a transfer into my savings account on a Saturday. On Tuesday I wanted to transfer funds from my savings back to my checking and it wouldn’t allow me to do it. Branches close at 4:30, the ones that are left anyway. Poor customer service. I made a deposit 24 hours ago and I still don't have access to money. Personally with all of the increases happening all over the country, you guys need to make changes. Not only are so many regions branches shutting down.. it is very difficult to get the money that is mine. I have suffered OD fees due to the branch near me shutting down. ATM's not cashing checks. Enerbank made the online application process smooth and easy. Months after my first loan approval we changed vendors and I was able to borrow a bit more. Their customer service reps were extremely helpful and polite, as CS reps should be. The whole experience was relatively stress-free. I highly recommend Enerbank for you home improvement needs!
Worst bank, they hold your money and won’t let you access it for weeks. I deposited a check and 9 days later they froze all my accounts even though it was verified that the check had cleared the other bank five days prior. Poor customer service. Arnold at the St. Petersburg Florida branch used the Lords name against during his rant. I will never recommend this bank.
