Decent bank if you want to save your money; God help you if you want to have access or use that money! Way too restrictive with allowing access. Limited ATM amounts, limited transfers ( all of which have substantial charge ) and wire transfers can only be in person!! If youre out of state youre totally hosed! Useless on the phone and abhorrent customer service. They simply repeat themselves until you give up. I have banked with Regions for a couple of years - I deposited a check that was larger than I normally do. The banker told me that part of the funds would be released on ***** and the rest ****. Online banking showed nothing would be available, not even the $225, until midnight of *****. The local branch said it was the fraud department, the back office said to contact the local branch. This has caused a ripple effect.

Regions bank is awful. I understand I had a negative balance in one of accounts, due to their fault as well. But I was trying to get caught up on my actual bills in the real world before I paid that account of over 600 dollars that I did not have since I am a single mother with 2 kids and had to go out of town for a funeral. Without telling me they took the payments out of my account that I paid bills with. So now I cant even pay a few of my bills because they took money that wasnt even owed to them. I have had many issues with Regions Bank and what seems to be treatment that is quite unfair. This issue is related to my account being closed. I had many fraudulent charges and while I was in the hospital dealing with some personal and health problems, I could not attend to my account. By the time I received word that the account was being closed via mail, the account was already closed (despite just receiving a notification) and I was unable to do anything. They are demolishing my credit I keep making payments. I cleared up all the supposed late fees that I had already paid and they continually hit me every month saying Im 30 days late. I called several times spent hours on hold waiting for them just to be hung up on, but I did finally get through the gentleman. I spoke to said everything is caught up. No customer service 100 percent disabled veteran. Just trying to make my monthly payment and this a run around. Even tried calling their collections department and no answer. You would think they would want their money. NO BAD CREDIT REPORTING OR I WILL FIRE BACK AS A DISABLED PERSON AND MAYBE DECLARE BANKRUPTCY AND WRITE THE WHOLE THING OFF........HOW ABOUT THEM APPLES ENERBANK ******.......

It's zero stars, really. Words can't describe how terrible EnerBank is. I am asking the company- ****'s Waterproofing in ********, ** - who recommended we work with them on the loan for our waterproofing to sever ties with them. We paid monthly on a two year loan then then were two months late for the final payoff and were charged over $7,000 dollars for a $19,000 dollar loan because they compounded the interest for the 60 days, even though we'd paid half of it and the paid the remainder two months late due to a family emerg... read more

Very Frustrated with the lack of full transparency. I had an online account and paid my balance off in November of 2022. I get a letter in the mail on 3/27/2023 stating that they were billing me $125 additional dollars. When I called their customer service line, I was told that the payoff amount was $70.15. Yet when I logged into their website got a totally different amount due. No transparency. Nothing is the same on any of their interfaces and apparently no way to get a full payoff amount unless you call them directly. I a... read more
