I tried to withdraw $5600 and was unable to because the teller said they are a small location and that they couldn't process withdrawals that size, ********** and ********* location. I proceeded to the ******* and Union location and tried to make the withdrawal and was informed that i couldn't make the withdrawal because a shipment hasn't came in. Worse business practices ever. They do not stand by their customers!
I called the branch manager of regions bank at ******************************************************************* on 5/11/2023 to notify her I will be coming from out of town to their branch to make an important transaction. I flew in on 5/13/2023, gave then a check to cash, 2 forms of ID, including my passport. They were expecting me like discussed. Then they started asking questions for verification. They monitor check which I did not agree for them to pay I stopped payment on the check within 5 minutes and cancel the merchandise and reasons went ahead and let the money get withdrawed from my account and has no remorse or intend to refund my money
I had a consumer loan with them and it is the worst experience I've ever had. I had automatic electronic payment set up on my loan. Suddenly in March I got a late fee. I called their customer service and they said they changed payment services and would reverse it. The next month, same thing happened. I called again and got the same answer. I paid the entire balance on this same call so i wouldn't have to deal with it any more. Yesterday, i got an invoice for just the late fee. The worst banking experience ever. My bank account was locked and blocked haven't been able to touch my hard earned money for the past 2 months. Causing many bills to be unpaid, late fees and reported on my credit report. Let along a child I'm not able to provide for because of this situation. No apologies, just a bunch of misleading with no follow *** with the issue. As a once loyal customer I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. I have three loans for utility work with Enerbank. I set up autopay on all three loans on day one. This spring they assessed me a bunch of late fees. I have paid every bill on time and have never had a late or missing payment. After this they cancelled my autopays without notifying me causing me to miss payments and hit me with even more unjustified late fees. **************** **. location is horrifying! First of all I have banked with Regions for YEARS! I go in with a substantial amount of cash in my bank bag. The manager was very friendly and spoke as she walked by to her office. I waited my turn and noticed the lady in front of me was making a large deposit also. The teller seemed very dry and rude.
