Awful place!!!!! Doctor seemed unsure of what he was doing. We will NEVER go there again. Sandy was extremely helpful and the doctor on today was helpful.
I would to thank you and your facility for tending to my precious dog Deuce on July 4th at 1:00 am even though he passed when we pulled in your parking lot you went above and beyond my expectations I was really impressed by your staff and I want to thank you for the paw impression you so graciously made for me and my family I would recommend your facility to anyone whether in an emergency or just regular vetrenary care thank you again I'll never forget what you did for me
Only care about the money - once they collect your check they'll leave you sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting, even when it's not busy. Also, when my dog passed away at home, I brought her in to to be creamated. They asked if I wanted her clay paw print and I of course said yes. Only after I got all the way home did they call and say "oh we're out of the clay kits" and weren't apologetic at all - I could have gone to Walmart to get one and done it myself if they had informed me ahead of time. 5/5 best place ever! Everyone is so friendly! This is the best experience I've ever had at an institution similar to this one.
I have brought in two of my dogs! Different time, one ate an entire bag of dove dark chocolate and they nursed her right back to health ..! My other dog was very sick and after the medications they gave him for chronic kidney disease my baby is doing so great! He has his ups and downs but he is eating normally again and back to his old self! This place gave me so much comfort and relief with both of my dogs! I would recommend 110%! Great staff!
