My advice to all of you planning on using their emergency services- make sure that in the midst of your emergency you remember to bring your wallet. We rushed in with an emergency late last night and were refused to be seen because I didn't have a credit card with me. I understand that the staff needs to get paid but come on. Instead of billing me they refused to see me as my dog stood there bleeding.

Over priced, rude, and they charged us for x-rays. The x-rays shown to us, and sent to our regular vet, were not of my dog. My dog has severe knee damage and the knees in those extremely expensive x-rays were perfect. They also mis-diagnosed a dislocated hip as a torn knee ligament. Luckily our regular vet saw her two days later and was able to re-position the joint before any permanent damage was done. He also confirmed that the x-rays were definitely NOT of my dog.

The worst animal hospital in south jersey the only thing they care about is money and not the well being of any animal that is brought here

Dr Henry was amazing with Kai, our 12 year old dachshund. She had a mild case of IVDD, and he prescribed the correct meds and rest. He also took his time to speak with us about other concerns while in the exam room. Kai is feeling much better, thank you Dr Henry!

The staff at Regional Vet are top notch! Zoie has been a patient of theirs for a couple years, but when zoie came down with hemorrhagic gastritis/colitis they stepped into action to make her feel better. I feel that Regional Vet not only care for your pets, they also care about the patient family. When Zoie was hospitalized they let me come visit her and they were very caring about how much time i got to spend with my baby. I can not brag enough on how much i love Regional Vet.
