These folks are there when you need them! They are excellent at helping your furkids.
Some of the staff including that Dawn manager.... I do not refer people there at all. There are "staff" there that scratch animals eyes when putting lube in for surgeries, there are people there messing up animals ashes... I don't recommend.
JD had a great checkup and enjoyed his time with Dr. Morris and Janie, We always get great service and personal care when we get our treatments.
We recently moved to the east coast from Chicago and were looking for the right vet for our Great Dane and Labrador. After considering several options in our area we settled on Regional. Upon arrival we were greeting with kindness and professionalism. The experience was positive from reception, to technician and on to Physician. They took the time and showed compassion and knowledge. We feel very comfortable in knowing we've made the right healthcare choice for our fur kids!
We have been to Regional Emergency Veterinary Hospital several times in the past few years. We are relatively new to Facebook and wanted to write about how wonderful they are. Twice they have treated our Great Danes in life threatening situations and have saved our dogs. We were scared to death and they treated us and our beloved Danes just as they are, much like loved, important family members. I called to inquire about euthanasia because my beloved cat was in end stage kidney failure and I wasn't sure he would make it through the weekend. Besides being 3 times the cost of my regular vet, they were very rude and insensitive. I was given a price of 350.00 for them to return him to me "in a box" or 450 + if they disposed of the body. Very uncaring in this particular instance.
My husband and I were very pleased with how courteous and friendly the staff were. We had an emergent situation and they brought us right to a room upon arrival, set up the room with a blanket for our puppy Maddie as soon as we arrived. It was a busy day for them but they checked on us frequently and took great care of our Maddie. She had to be admitted, and they provided us with a break down of fees and were very helpful with any and all questions we had.
