Love Regional Veterinary...we came to them in an emergency and have stayed with them ever since even though we drive quite a distance!! They are just wonderful with our Macy girl!!
Exactly what you and your pet need during an emergency is what's offered at Regional. All of the staff were welcoming and supportive, and especially attentive to the crisis at hand. We were treated with adept professionalism and emotional support. Highly recommend.
We normally bring our dog Minnie here for her routine check-ups and shots with Dr. Maser, but last night was the first time we had to bring her into the ER for some stomach issues. They got Minnie right in for an appointment. A little bit of a wait in the waiting room, but our situation thankfully wasn't extremely urgent, so I didn't mind. Such friendly and welcoming place. We had to put out dog to sleep last Sunday night and everyone was just so friendly and really helped us get through this sad time. They were so friendly to our boy Brody and because of them he is finally at rest and no longer in pain! Thank you!
Excellent facility with the most caring and loving staff. We've taken all our pets to see Dr. Tobi Maser Koko for nearly a decade--she has always been consistently attentive and responsive to our concerns, as well as caring and compassionate. I just want to thank you for you caring nature, support and warm-hearted staff in a time of grief. On Sunday, I brought my bunny Cole who had just passed on moments before. They only care about money. After I spent 1500 dollars on my dying puppy they told me it would be 1500 dollars more. When I said I couldn't afford that they told me " well you can just forfeit her over to us". Even though I was hysterically crying. Zero compassion. They don't care about animals. They care about money. Just look at their waiting room. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is my beautiful Roxy is alive.
I took my sweetie Brooklyn there on Saturday for an emergency visit. Even though my baby was a bit grumpy, they treated her w love n respect. I definitely will bring her there again.
I was there for a mini emergency for my dog Levi , but thankfully he's doing great ! I wanted to thank the staff & doctors for helping my family .
