Another wonderful visit at Regional. Have been taking my rescue Charlie there over the years and the experience keeps getting better. Doctors and staff are wonderful.
We had to do the hardest part of being a pet owner last night and the entire staff at Regional were amazingly compassionate and caring. Thank you so much.
I rushed my 15 year old cat to this facility at dawn yesterday morning due to an emergency. We made the difficult decision to end his suffering and let him rest. The vet tech, Ashley, and vet, Dr. Hays, we're exceptionally compassionate and kind. They made every effort to ensure Bailey's comfort and ours heartbreaking situation. I am grateful for their care and attention.
Our 2 lb puppy was very sore after getting his shots so a trip back to the vet was in order. They were great! They thoroughly examined him to make sure it wasn't something else and then gave him some medicine to help ease his pain. The Doc even indulged my 5 year old with questions about becoming a "zoo vet". Highly recommend!
So thankful the RegionalVet staff and Dr. Maser were able to get us in on a holiday. Our wait wasn't long at all, I found the prices reasonable for an emergency visit, and am happy with the quality of care I received. The front desk staff and triage nurses were efficient and friendly and kept us informed. The facility appears clean and parking is set up for easy access.
