Very pleasant. The sales and finance staff went out of their way, and sold me the vehicle I wanted.
My husband went to get a tire repaired and saw a pickup he liked. Harold Story and Lee Goad have been very helpful with our Vera Cruz so he considered buying from Regional Hyundai again.

DON"T DO IT! The finance manager did not verbally disclose key elements of the lease contract (disposition fee and type of contract). He did confirm (verbally) there is no disposition fee and the contract was a lease contract and not a balloon contract. The staff is very nice before the deal is closed, but you will be in big trouble after the sale, or if there are any issues.Also, verbal agreements mean nothing unless it's in the contract!
