Fantastic experience buying a new Hyundai from Don Wood, Athens OH. I shopped for a very long time, obsessing endlessly over details. Throughout, the folks at Don Wood were very patient and helpful. When I settled on a particular trim configuration and color that they did not have on a car in stock, they located the exact car at another dealer over a hundred miles away and brought it to Athens the next day. I'm looking forward to going back for service.
Many many many issues. I'm paying over $30k for my car. I finally found the MSRP sticker price is ONLY $23,150. I also thought that I was getting $4k for my trade-in, but they obviously screwed me on that, too.
This is my third lease with Prestige Toyota and my second time with Gerry Fraenkel helping me out. I never have to worry about anything, he takes care of all of the details and makes sure I get the best car for my money. He's very friendly and professional and I'll be looking for him next time I lease from Prestige Toyota!
my daughter was buying her 1st car....AJ the sales person was great w/her. he talked to her about the car not us...he listened to what she wanted and needed...didn't try to sell her just anything...he even made phone calls to see if there was a 19 (the car she brought was a 20) that met her needs which might have been less money. have 3 Hyundai all from Lia now and couldn't be happier w/staff and service

This was a wonderful buying experience transparent pricing,quick and very friendly service. Ryan was awesome, very patient and easy to work with. This was our first new Subaru and we love it! If your looking for a new vehicle test drive a Subaru first.
