Buying a new car can be a nightmare, but Bill at Regional Hyundai made it very pleasant and informative. He took the time to show me all of the available vehicles in my price range and the details of each car. When I settled on a choice, he explained more of the features of the car and gave an overall professional presence.
Worst place ever to do business with. Owes me money and 4 months later getting the run around of why I won't be getting me my money.

Had a spoiler put on my brand new car. The spoiler came in the wrong color so they sent it to the paint shop to have it painted. Still didn't match when it was returned. The first guy said it will never match, then the second guy(manager) says it matches perfectly. The manager never got out of his seat to even go look at it! He kept interrupting me when I was talking and never apologized. He never said what he could do to fix the problem nor did he ask me to sit down. Horrible customer service! Experience was great. Was greeted immediately when we arrived on the lot and introduced to Andy almost immediately. The entire process was pretty smooth; from the test drive to negotiating the deal and finally to delivery.
