The staff was courteous and friendly. Answered every question I asked and if they didn't have the answer right then, they got the answer within a matter of minutes. They even went over each and every feature the vehicle had and made sure I knew how to use all the features before turning me loose.

Jon and Antonio...awesome folks. Made a call..gave up some info..came in and talked a bit. Left with a new truck. Exceptional service and quality at this dealership. Fast..friendly and very competent abiut what they do. Showed alot of interest in what I wanted and needed..found it and sold it to me...no haggle..no hassles. I just purchased a new Toyota from Prestige. Our sales person was James McCann. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, more than willing to spend as much time as we needed. There was no "high pressure sales". I had the feeling that his friendly approach was representative of the way Prestige does business- which was perhaps one of the main reasons we bought our car there. A very positive experience.

I went here for my 45,000 mile checkup. Brian Secord was very thorough with what was going to be done with my car, and updated me with other details while the car was being worked on. I left feeling safe and certain that my car was well taken care of. It's a good feeling to know that your car is up to par, especially when you have to drive 2 little children around in it.

Chris Hall at Prestige was amazing! I was in an accident in a leased Hyundai from another dealership and my insurance ended up totaling the car. I now live closer to Prestige than the other dealership so I thought I'd try them out. I was extremely stressed after finding out my car was totaled and Chris put me at ease and made the whole process of getting a new car incredibly painless. He was so kind and helpful and saved me money on my monthly payments. Chris deserves many accolades!
