Great experience from start to finish. The manager, Jason; the salesman, Will; and the finance clerk, Miss Linda delivered awesome service. It was worth the drive, and I am very pleased with my choice and their outstanding service.
My wife and I had a very good experience at Prestige and especially working with Gerry Fraenkel. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. When we picked up our new Prius, he spent a couple hours with us walking us through the computer's many programs. He marked the many manuals with Post-Its to guide us to the more important things to learn. All in all a fantastic experience!

I stopped in here with a Prius that had a maintenance light on. I was on a road trip, told the "service adviser" that I just wanted to be sure the car was safe to drive and would not break down. He told me that the light usually comes on when an oil change is needed, he added that they could do a diagnoses for $99 and apply that to any repairs I might need. Gerry was unbelievable! We needed to buy a nice used car for our son under 12 grand. He listened to what we wanted. Took us out to the lot. He knew every car! John picked one of his recommendations. Easiest, best experience ever.
Had a great experience at Prestige. Friends and family had bought there. I had been at another dealership and was treated poorly. Offered a crap car with a high payment. Well Gerry, Mark, and Brian made it happen for me! Great used Elantra, payment I could afford. God bless Prestige.
When I walked in I was greeted by Gabriella Bradford. I've been buying from this Toyota for 6 years and was never greeted by anybody I thought I was supposed to go directly to the desk and speak to someone then they assign me to a sales person. Gabriella isn't who I came to see so she started to walk me over to the other building. As we were walking I stopped her and asked if she could help me, with permission from her manager she was able to. We had a great experience with these people. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My daughter found the perfect first NEW CAR...a beautiful Electrolyte Green Hyundai Accent. She loves it, and we got a good deal. I do recommend this business to friends. :) ***AMENDED REVIEW*** When we had a little problem during the very first week...we got the run-around, and never got the problem fixed. :( Disappointed.
