No problems. Salesperson was courteous and showed the auto I was interested in. He was professional and answered all my questions.
I had a good experience at the Hyudai in Broken Arrow, Ok. Prior to coming to the dealership, I had several conversations with Colby Burns, who helped me with many questions regarding a new car purchase. Very friendly and since I'm a regular Hyundai owner they didn't bore me with a sales pitch on why I should buy another one but let me enjoy the wonderful changes that have been made on the Sante Fe since I purchased my Sante Fe in 2011

This a fair review. I love my Tucson and would have been a customer for life. I was totally sold on Hyundai. When I bought the car 5 years ago, the process was professional and relatively painless. At that time it was known as CarMax Honda. I was so pleased I wrote a two page letter for them to use as a marketing tool. It is now Regional Hyundai. I loved my experience. The staff was very friendly and they wanted to work with me. I had been to a different dealership before coming here and they had no desire to try to make me happy and work with me on my payment.
We ended up buying a car here, but the sales manager was a little high pressure. We have had nothing but good service with them since.
