I am currently renting a property with Regent & Wood. Today we were faced with a technical issue which required professional help. I reported the issue at 1:30pm and we saw an electrician and had the new appliance fitted by 4pm. Incredible speed and all the team were extremely friendly. A massive thank you to the team 🙏 🙌

Tenancy started in late september. This is my first experience renting a flat by myself. Nina, Lisa, and the rest of the team have been really accomodating and helpful throughout the process. The flat in question was in pretty good shape. Would recommend.
