Lived here for two years and would not recommend. Several issues but ultimately had to leave after my roommate and I had both of our cars stolen from the "secure lot" while we were out of town. After speaking with other residents learned that there has been a history of car thefts and break ins, but the management doesn't disclose any incidents for community awareness. RecommendedWe were recommended by Rahdia Green to look for our new apartment here at Gaithersburg Station. After all the great things we heard we had to see for ourselves. The place is amazing, the staff is friendly, it’s clean, has tons of amenities and I would compare it to a luxury hotel! Worst living experience ever! Vista failed to take action against the neighbors who stomps and create all kind of annoying noises as early as 5 am (weekends included). This neighbor had multiple complaints filed against them from different neighbors. I feel cheated for paying the exorbitant rent for months, living in such a poor environment. I lived in this complex for 2 years and was very disappointed with the experience I had. Here is a breakdown of the issues I had and attempted to address with management: 1) My car was broken into while in the covered parking spot I paid for. When I reported this to the management team they advised there was nothing they could do. Everything is perfect!
We weren’t able to see the apartment before moving in because “There was an appliance missing” then the day we moved in we were informed that our apartment flooded the night prior. Then it flooded 2 more times within 4 months and every time we asked them to fix it and they never did. They simply sent somone to clean up the water. The flooding caused a stain all the way down the middle of the carpet.
