Worst complex I've ever lived at... and the highest priced!
Great my granddaughter and family live there and love it
Horrible ... The ladies in the office do not do their, jobs as apartment managers, I honestly question the legality of things going on there as far as renters ,rights and landlords code of conduct ... Be careful signing any lease agreement
Poor Customer Service responding to phone calls, emails, and notifying you about when packages come in. Additionally they raise the rent every year by at least 95$. No upgrades to the property or to the apartments.
The parking situation is horrible! !!so many cars withput permits yet they dont get towed... i have two small children and having to park on the other side far from qhere we live is ridiculous we should be able to find parking by my apartment.... there should be no need to keep circling in order to find a spot..... ive only seen a tow truck once since ive lived here..... i dont see the point of our permits if its not enforced... i am a paying resident and there should be no reason for this issue....
