RecommendedJust moved our daughter from Florida to California. We found Eleve and are super pleased. Taylor works in the office with Rachelle... she was so kind to send us a video before our arrival! By far the worst apartments I’ve lived in. The staff was nice and friendly , they did the best they could. But honestly the complex is horrible, we were always sick there and we figured out there was so much mold ! No wonder !! Towards the end of our lease, we had new neighbors, and we began to have roaches , it was disgusting. We called management about it only once a person came by. Location to metro restaurants and shopping os extremely convenient. I don't own a car and have no issues getting around downtown and going to DC for work.
I am literally floored by this community. We love everything about it. Being in this industry myself, I am taken aback by the wonderful feel of this community. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The grounds and amenities are amazing. (Even with COVID restrictions, that’s not their fault). We just renewed for another year and I am so happy to call the Venue home! Our apartment is modern and gorgeous, I can never hear my neighbors or their dogs and we have them on all sides of us. Great place to live. The apartments are spacious and cozy. Pets are welcomed.
They’ve failed to properly fix leaks we’ve had in our apartment. Because of this it’s moldy and my wife is having health issues.. DONT SIGN A LEASE HERE.
By far the most unsafe apartment I have lived in. Multiple car break ins for multiple residents (including multiple thefts of the garage clickers), mail thefts, yet management refuses to do anything to help the situation. Safe yourself the hassle and give yourself a peace of mind by living in a different apartment complex in the area. This is just not worth the hefty price tag that comes with it.
Don’t move here. The elevators have been broken for almost two months. I am a heavy sleeper. But I am constantly awoken by the loud noise the elevators make. I am up now, at 12:33 am because of the elevators waking me. AND I LIVE TWO APARTMENTS AWAY FROM THE ELEVATORS. No word from management on when the elevators will be fixed. Residents are CONSTANTLY in the elevators without masks. Like the pandemic has been canceled or air is magically recycled in elevators or there is a six foot social distance in elevators.
