Touring this place for a move in was super easy! Me and my partner met Irving and we initially were there for one home, Irving heard our wants out and pointed us to a dope spot that fit all of me and my partners wants and needs and on the follow up was quick to respond and super helpful! If you come to tour here ask for Irving, you'll find what you need and be laughing the whole time
Domain aparments is centered in the most convenient and accessible location possible! I'm very pleased with my experience living here thus far. Not to mention there awesome leasing staff. Irving went far and beyond to make sure what I was looking for was what I got and was very patient and helpful and answered all my questions. My experience with the Courthouse Plaza team, Erica Thompson specifically has been abysmal. We were promised a waived amenity fee + move in fee, which was a great deal. We immediately put a deposit down on an apartment, only to find out that there had been a "miscommunication" and we were not going to receive the $500 waived move in fee. This was not communicated transparently, so we released the apartment. We were promised a check in the mail for the deposit. Mozaic is a amazing place to call home. The apartments are extremely spacious with great views. The palm trees & waterfall makes the building feel as if you're at your favorite vacation getaway. Its a wonderful neighborhood that you can take walks/jogs through. You're centrally located from great restaurants, parks, bars and the overall DTLA experience. We love living here. Great location, close to shopping, subway, restaurants, Broadway shows and more. Alen and the entire Longacre House team are friendly and always ready to help.
Unfortunately I've had a very toxic experience with this complex. A roommate and I took over the remainder of a lease for one of the 2 bedroom apartments in March ending at the start of June. The lease started really rocky - management often dropped the ball on getting us set up with the necessary amenities and access to the systems.
