By far the worst apartments I’ve lived in. The staff was nice and friendly , they did the best they could. But honestly the complex is horrible, we were always sick there and we figured out there was so much mold ! No wonder !! Towards the end of our lease, we had new neighbors, and we began to have roaches , it was disgusting. We called management about it only once a person came by. RecommendedWe moved in about 2 and a 1/2 months ago it is a very large complex it's gated community we have 3 pools and a to extra to kewsy as plenty of parking the apartments are nice there we got the upstairs downstairs 2 bedrooms the other 2 bedroom is on in one floor very beautiful very friendly managers and workers we love living here so I recommend if you need a place to live to come check it out
They tell you, you get two parking permits but you only get them if the cars are registered to your name. Parking is horrible never find any. Dog friendly but dog owners don't always pick up after them. Lights are always out. The gate always breaks down. People are constantly moving out A LOT. WONDER WHY...
THE OFFICE STAFF COULD BE RUN BETTER BY A KINDERGARTEN CLASS!!

Looking at the 5 star reviews... and they're all from property employees! The management here is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Legally, I'm sure they could find themselves in a bind with the questionable actions they take. Or lack thereof. We've paid for unit repairs out of pocket because they do nothing at all to maintain the place. No parking. Animal poop everywhere.
