I have nerve subluxations in both my arms. It started when I attended this practice. I was not believed by any doctors and was not refered to any specialists. They told me it was al in my head. They were wrong I am a really classic textbook case of ulnar nerve subluxation. If I had been believed I would have been able to avoid permanent nerve damage. The new lady at the reception is terrible!! She asks tooo Many questions on the phone, and then acts " confused when someone goes to the reception!!!. She mixed up my appointment with my son and said " that I diden't tell her that I wanted an appointment for my son even though I did tell her on the phone about my son. We all Make mistakes but I do get the vibe from the reception lady like she can't be bothered listening to people. The lady called Sam who use to work at the reception was better!!! The new receptionist needs to go. Looks like she has no idea what she is doing and no sympathy for the patient. You are not the doctor so don't act like you are.

Husband called the doctors after speaking to a pharmacist — who recommended that he called in cause he might need antibiotics, only to be told that his condition isn’t an emergency, even though she doesn’t know how he’s feeling and how he’s been struggling with his cough. It took my husband to ask to speak to someone else for him to even just get a phone call from the doctor never mind an appointment, rude and unprofessional. The receptionist he spoke to is called Cheryl.

Rude drs, no follow ups, lack of care
