I liked this dentist when I first attended and they were pleasant. The dentist himself was lovely. I cancelled an appointment by email over a week in advance and received a call from the receptionist. I asked for my deposit as I wasn't sure when I would be able to attend another appointment and she told me they don't like that and if I want my deposit back she is going to remove me from the surgery and for me to go find another dentist. It was very uncomfortable and I will not be going back.
We have been with the practice for over two years and have found it to be excellent in all aspects. The reception staff are always friendly, professional & helpful. The hygienist was also professional and knowledgeable. Our dentist has helped so much in the last 3 months, as well as since we first joined. I was in terrible pain and he gave me appointments quickly and advised me on solutions which now means I am pain free. Thank you all very much & Seasons Greetings to you all.
I have been coming to this dentist for the past few months and had a tooth removed, partial denture and ceramic filing. Petro understands how nervous I am and that I hate any pain. He always checks throughout to make sure I'm OK as very anxious. I'm now not so afraid to visit as I was with previous dentists. All the treatments have been done professionally and the surgery has had a lovely new refurbishment. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Hayley

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to ,no referrals at all if you patient under nhs and he try push you to do privately and saying I can extract the tooth for you £150 and £1000 for root canal filling so his pocket can fill a bit more what a shame. I don’t recommend anyone to goto this dentist at all privately or under NHS
