My client stayed with the home for a week during which time he had next to no interaction with staff. Was not assisted to shower so stayed in the same clothes for the whole week. He came home missing various items of clothing including his coat. Hot food was served on paper plates and he had a thoroughly miserable time 🫤 He was so cold he slept in his lounge coat every night.
I can honestly say Regency Hall care home is an amazing place and would highly recommend them to anyone having to make the difficult decision, putting a loved one is care is never an easy decision for all concerned. however it really was the best decision, Mum thrived and settled in on day one. The staff have been amazing especial Kirsty and James who have been wonderful. My mother really does see the staff as family.
