My mum has been a resident at Regency Court for nearly a year now. I can't praise Emma the manager and all the carers enough. They truly have gone above and beyond for mum and treat her with the up most respect and dignity, as well as giving 100% care to her. Emma the manager has turned Regency court around and made it one of the best care homes in keighley as far as I’m concerned. My dad was there for 1 year staff have been wonderfull could never thank them enough manager emma was very lovely and helpful in future decision making once again thank you.
My friend was in here for respite and all the staff have been excellent with her, very friendly homely feeling to the place, with staff constantly sat chatting to residents and plenty of hugs if people were feeling down. Meals were always good and everywhere clean an tidy. They have a chilled out rescue dog wandering round getting stroked and lots of activates organised. Highly recommended.
