Just scheduled a cleaning and Regency was able to schedule around the best time for us. They have cleaned my Mother's carpets and our carpets in years past and have always done a fabulous job! The office staff is friendly and always helpful! Can't wait to see how gorgeous our carpets will be after they're through. Regency is #1 with us!

Had our first carpet cleaning in our new home (but Regency cleaned our Berber in our old home several times.) We have very light colored, builder's grade carpet that was showing some wear and had some stains in high traffic areas that I was worried about coming clean. We also had an area rug that I wasn't sure the process of how they would clean it. As usual, they did an AMAZING job! Great job on my car seats. I had no problem idea who to call.
They are the absolute best! Everyone thinks my carpets are brand new (They are 7 years old!). They have amazing customer service, too. Someone spilled something on my recently cleaned carpets, and Jason offered to come get the stain out if I needed him to. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Thank you so much for your hard work and honesty!
