I had ten sessions of physiotherapy with Esther Parkhurst after experiencing some knee problems and I’m happy to say that I feel back to my usual self again. I received an excellent level of care here and the treatment provided was adapted to work around my individual needs. I had a really good experience with Karina on my first appointment. I have been struggling with knee pain from last two years. After discussing my symptoms and observing my leg movements, Karina diagnosed that I have stress on my patellar tendon. I have been recommended a particular exercise to improve the condition and reduce the knee pain. I feel like I have been put on the right plan to improve my condition.

Exceptional treatment and facilities. I've experienced immediate positive results from just two visits, and I cannot recommend Regen high enough. I now no longer rely on pain management, and also have independent exercises that keep me regularly mobile and pain free. This is going from 20 yrs of bouts of chronic back, sciatic and hip pain to now being virtually pain free for the first time. Thanks so much.
