Dr Regan Chan and staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy Dr Chan is my primary care physician, he answers all of my questions thoroughly, he ha as a great bedside manner .
Everyone is very professional. The staff is top notch and the doctors and nurses are skilled and informative. I wish I didn't need this treatment but since I do, I'm glad I'm in such good hands.
Dr. Regan Chan is a wonderful doctor. I would say he's the best primary care physician I ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and effective while having a great demeanor and bedside manner. The most professional office I have ever visited. On time, concerned with my current visit and my future issues. Able to do bloodwork right there, saving me time. Beyond my expectations
Dr. Chan was very thorough with his examination of my condition. He was very patient with me and listened tentatively to my ongoing issues and experiences. His diagnosis was exact along with his prescription on what was needed to cure my situation. He was a please to see and speak with. I would definitely see him again if the need arises. Thank you.
Dr. Chan is very amiable and professional. I feel confident in his medical knowledge and recommendations and appreciate how comfortable he makes me feel with his care. I will be taking my family to him for all our PCP needs. The ancillary staff at this location are kind and friendly as well.
Dr Chan was very kind, concerned and informative. He reviewed my test results and made sure that I understood everything he reviewed with me. He also reviewed prior testing results from my previous provider in My Chart and updated results.
I reached out to Dr. Chan's office due to some flu-like symptoms around 0830 in the morning and was able to be seen at 1040 the same day! I appreciate the same-day appointment with my regular doctor instead of going to urgent care. I was seen and treated by my regular physician who I have built trust and a strong rapport. I am grateful for the availability of my doctor and flexible scheduling.
