From check in - your front desk staff was so welcoming and immediately acknowledging the moment I walked up, from rooming - the MA {staff name removed} utilized UCI Care and was so cheerful and also welcoming me in for my first visit, from Dr. Chan - such a great physician, great bedside manner, and provided me with a lot of great information to incorporate into my every day life.
