Front desk employees need to be more helpful and with better attitude. It looks like they don't want to help.

Dr. Regan Chan was extremely helpful and the best doctor I've ever seen. He was courteous, listened well, and he was clearly intelligent. Furthermore, the other staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly!
Dr. Chan has always been exceptional at every visit and takes the time to fully answer any of my concerns. Had blood taken at this visit, the nurse was very competent and caring.
The staff, particularly the appointment scheduler, could use some improvement but I do really like Dr Chan. He's great.
