The whole care team was great. {patient name removed} was very helpful in the first portion of my appointment and took extra care to make sure I understood the issues at hand. Dr. Chan was great and really listened to my needs and talked me through the prescribed treatment.
It was my first time seeing Dr. Chan and he was very professional. He took time to address the concerns I had.
Great prompt communication Doctor is a great listener Doctor Genuinely cares for his patients Health and well being Motivated me in a gentle way to live a healthier lifestyle.
Having us arrive 20 minutes prior is such a waste of time especially when we aren't seen by the provider at our exact appointment time. Most of the appointment is spent sitting around and waiting already. If people are showing up late to their appointments then they should not be seen rather than punishing those patients who show up on time. This is not helpful to working professionals and/or those who value their time.
Dr. Chan is very professional and a good doctor, we recommend him 100%
Great service as always and everyone was very nice.
The only reason I didn't give a 10 for recommendation is the uci front desk staff are judgmental, cold and patients are treated almost as if we are a bother. Office staff and nurses and doctors are the best around. Shame that all calls and first impressions are given by the front desk
Dr. Chan was referred to me years ago by a neighbor, every time I return from his office, I thank that neighbor. He’s knowledgeable, caring, passionate and very thorough!
Dr. Chan is an outstanding doctor and his bedside manner is unmatched. We are so grateful to be under his care.
