I had made an on line appt but I got a call from the Dr's office right away stating they had to cancel my appt because I'm considered a senior and I need 40 mi appt not a 20 mi appt. I had to wait another day to schedule a Dr's appt. On line should correct this issue? ?
All of the providers are compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Chan is by far the kindest, most patient and best doctor I've ever had. The young lady who weighed me and took my vital signs was awesome.

The office staff and nurses are great and attentive and listen to what is being said by the patient, Dr. Chan spends, time to get to know the patient and has really taken care to ensure that my health and is in good hands. He always make sure that I have whatever information I need and follows up to make sure I don't have any additional questions. He is compassionate empathetic and really makes me feel comfortable and I will always Go to the doctor. If it is Dr. Chan, that is there. I've had numerous problems
Dr. Chan is great. He explains everything and follows up with you after you have Tests the only problem I have is with the UCI system, which you have to talk to an operator before you can talk to a doctors office and I know for a fact I am not the only one that has a complaint about this I really do wish you would fix it and let the doctors office handle some of the calls instead of someone else first
