WARNING! Seriously fraudulent claims. Property unsafe, dirty (cigarettes left in bedroom) and management lied to us in order to take our booking then lied again that we never showed up so they could collect full fee! The worst example of property management in recent years. No care for child safety. Chair/table unusable. Spent 6 hours trying to fix problems , wasting holiday time. All for nearly 1k a night? I could not have asked for a better service or stay in London. The host was welcoming, and the apartment was delightful.
Everything was perfect. We rented an apartment by booking and when we arrived to London the reservation was cancelled. They helped us and gave us a solution inmediatly . Finally we stayed at one of their apartments in a 18th floor. It was much better than what we had reserved.
Beware – Not as Advertised and Unresponsive Management NO SMOKE FREE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I recently booked this apartment for my family, I was so excited to travel to London and bring the whole family for our first time and even book this apartment ahead. But now I regret every moment of it. Upon entering, we were hit with a strong smell of marihuana which caused my family and me to feel congested in just ten minutes.
