They were able to take me in and fix my car right away. I picked up my car around 5 so it was hectic which I understood. There was a dissatisfied customer at the door though who was yelling at the rep at the desk that was a bas first impression and when i got in my car there was grease on the cloth part of my door and the arm rest.

They always do a great job at customer service. I wish they still did the courtesy vaccum but they do still wash the outside. Nice waiting room.
