When first arrived in Service Dept, it took at least 5 min to acknowledge me. It takes a second to welcome people-no matter how busy. Secondly, I called prior to going because I wasn't sure if I needed appt. I was told to come right in- I had a nail in my tire. I get there and was told by Mario it would take at least 4 hours and he asked it that was ok. I responded that it was a plug-no that isn't acceptable.
