Anytime service was needed, I had no problem getting an appointment. Service rep always keeps you up to date on progress. Work is always done right the first time. We are snowbirds and I actually plan scheduled service so we are in Florida and I can use Regal. This time I had a tire issue needing immediate attention. I called and they told me to bring it in without a prior appointment. They promptly fixed the tire. They were busy with scheduled work. But, they treated me as if I was their only customer.
