10 o’clock appointment- took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get the oil change and tires rotated. When I approached service desk, keys were there… then car was pulled up for me and I waited another 15 stuck behind a car in the bay, just sitting there and could not leave. Not a good day for customer service.
