The service department always does it right and they return my car freshly washed. Jorge keeps you informed as to the progress. The “big store on I-4” could learn a lot from Regal.

Everyone was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable except for my salesperson. Our salesman worked on the used side but we ended up getting a new car plus he seemed like he was new and he forgot to turn in our papers to the finance department. We had to email Stan ourselves in order to finish the process because he never checked on us or status but kept disappearing after he sent us to the finance department. He was great on the used car side but I think everyone should be familiar with all of the cars on the lot because not ever... read more
