Amazing customer service! I love the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the lobby, and amenities offered during service (driving service, wifi, drinks, and snacks). I feel the Regal Kia team looks out for my vehicle’s best interest, and unlike other car dealerships, doesn’t try to ‘nickel and dime’ you.

I came into the dealership with no past experience with Kia. I was blessed with the help from Misty as my service advisor. I chose to wait while the car was being serviced. Misty keep me updated on every aspect of the service, including the recall that I had no idea was needed. I’m 57 years old and have taken several vehicles in for service, I can honestly say that I have never felt more informed then I experienced. Misty needs to be recognized as an example for all service advisors to follow.

Had a low tire pressure. They found a nail in my tire. Thankfully they were able to patch it, & I didn't need to get a new tire. So happy. Jeremy was wonderful!
