I came in for a car wash which was great. While that was going on I wanted something from parts. Unfortunately no one would come to the counter and wait on me. I repeatedly pushed the button for service and eventually gave up after 15 minutes.

It's easy to get too. The associates are all polite and will help anyway they can.
My sales guy was good. The financing department didn’t send any of my paperwork. I live out of state and it’s been a bit of a mess getting everything done. Apparently the finance guy I was working with is no longer there and no one picked up where he left off. I had to call to get things moving in the right direction. Still working though this mess. Instead of calling me to discuss, they are just texting. What happened to good old customer service…???

We asked them to check tail lights and they said they were not out; but after stopping to get gas a few minutes later, the light was out
