Friendly staff, always professional in manner, efficient, listen to customer to better meet their needs. Like the snack area, because I don't always have time for lunch.
Poor service, my car has been there over a month and I keep getting the run around about it. Misty doesn’t call me for any updates I have to call myself and it’s lie after lie. Also she seems to have an attitude when I call to check on my car. The only good thing is Kia does provide you a rental for free.

I walked into Regal Kia and right away felt like family. Everyone, especially Victor, made my son and I feel so at ease and comfortable. We found our dream car and we could not be happier with our new vehicle! We will never go to another dealership again!

I came in for an oil change the technician apparently did not notice that the oil filter had a double gasket on it I lost a lot of my oil got it all over my carport had to return the car a day or two later and get everything corrected the only fault I have with the dealership is there's too many recalls before they fixed my air conditioner that was in eight times before they decided what was wrong with that
So far am very happy with the the services are impeccable, people are very frendly.
