I had an appointment at 8:30 am I got to the service department at 8:20 am 10 minuets early. I scheduled a 67k essentials and I have no Idea why it took until 1:45 pm to receive my car back. I was informed my car was ready and just needed to be washed around 11 am. Come to find out my car was never washed and I waited an extra two hours for God knows what reason. Not to mention I was with my 2 year old toddler the whole 5 hours in that dealership.
Took me upon arrival. Professional staff. Clean and stocked waiting area. Work was done to satisfy.

They where amazing didn’t go to leave with a car that same day but they made it possible and got me into a brand new 2023 suv that my eyes been on for so long I was very happy with the service
