On a positive note. .Customer service was very friendly and eager to help with any questions. The lobby offers a variety of snacks and drinks while you wait. However, when I got my car back there were smudges of grease on my car, it obviously wasn't run through the complimentary wash as stated it was.

Took me upon arrival. Professional staff. Clean and stocked waiting area. Work was done to satisfy.
Had a very difficult engine situation replaced the engine two times and finally corrected the issue. Had to work with Kia Manufacturer which delayed the process.
