I was totally displeased because I had an issue with my battery and it was not checked out on multiple points inspection. Tires put on improperly. Leak never fixed on hatch
We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and friendly. No pressure or hovering. We had time to look at vehicles and puck what was wanted. During the buying process Everyone was attentive to what we were looking for and eager to help. Would 100% repurchase from them in the future and would recommend to anyone!!
Service was great fast and friendly everyone was nice and amazing. Service valet was a sweet person as well.

Friendly staff, always professional in manner, efficient, listen to customer to better meet their needs. Like the snack area, because I don't always have time for lunch.
Poor service, my car has been there over a month and I keep getting the run around about it. Misty doesn’t call me for any updates I have to call myself and it’s lie after lie. Also she seems to have an attitude when I call to check on my car. The only good thing is Kia does provide you a rental for free.
