Probably the most frustrating visit in the two years I've been going. Had to wait two hours for an oil change when I was told 45mins-1hr wait. At 1.5 hrs in, texted to ask if it would be done soon, was told just wrapping up paperwork but then had to wait an additional 30mins to sign the paperwork
Brought my Kia in for a recall and to check an issue with the navigation. Quick service. Was informed about my issue in timely manner. No complaints. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Clean dealership.
