Greg has been great with the multiple cars we've purchased from Regal! He was even a huge help once we moved out of state. I'll recommend Greg to anyone that's in the market for a new car.

Regal Kia had a lot to offer for a pleasant service experience. The service itself was fast and efficient, and the waiting area was comfortable with great amenities like complimentary drinks and Wi-Fi. They also impressed me by honoring coupons without any hassle and even included a free exterior wash with the service. The staff itself was friendly and professional. The entire experience at Regal Kia is why i continue to come back. The check in process is always a smooth one. The continued update on the progress of the vehicle, the recommendations, along with a detailed explanation, the clean waiting area and the car wash is a complete package that allows customers to feel comfortable and confident in the skills/ services provided at Regal Kia.
Alittle pricy. I hope they actually did the items on paper receipt. Thanks for washing my car!
This was the best Dealership experience that we ever had while buying a car, everything was easy and fast, no long waiting, no long negotiating, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

We just bought a Kia Telluride and the service was great the entire time we were there. I have not have to have my car serviced at this point, but the people are courteous and professional. I did have t o take it back for installation of the side steps and the service was great.
