Kia Regal has gotten away from making sure the customer is satisfied. I'm really not pleased with the service I received. I had to walk in 90 degree weather to pick up my car. Upon arrival there was NO ONE in service not even the manger, nor was anyone in the offices. I don't know what has happened or what is going on. But I'm going to think deeply before getting any more service done there. Genesis body language told me she doesn't want to be bothered. The customer service at kia regal is awful. I bought my 2022 RAV4 from Regal Lakeland recently. Being a used car, I was apprehensive about the condition but to my pleasant surprise, Regal team had it all cleaned up, oil changed and new tires. It looked nearly brand new! Willie, our sale rep, was patient and super helpful throughout the sales process. When I encountered a vehicle error, they stepped in to help resolve the issue. 1 hr 45 over what I was told. 2 services were recommended that I have done Radiator flush and transmission fluid change. I had both those services done 10,000 miles ago. So basically you were trying to charge me over $400.00 for something I didn't need. You've lost my business.
